CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
FOREVER HAIR & BEAUTY REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 24HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO NOTIFY WITHIN THE 24-HOUR PERIOD WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION FEE OF UP TO 50% OF YOUR SERVICE BOOKED.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
NO-SHOW WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 75% OF THE SERVICE SCHEDULED. CLIENTS WILL BE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS UNTIL FEE IS PAID.
LATE ARRIVALS
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE 15MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT WE MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SERVICE IF IT CANNOT BE COMPLETED IN THE REMAINING TIME FRAME. ALL ATTEMPTS TO RESCHEDULE IN A TIMELY MANNER WILL BE MADE. IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU 15 OR MORE MINUTES INTO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME IT IS CONSIDERED A “NO-SHOW” AND WILL BE TREATED AS A MISSED APPOINTMENT.
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
A DEPOSIT OF 20% IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING CHEMICAL SERVICES, THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT TOTAL.
AFTER-PAY
WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM SPEND OF $40 TO USE AFTERPAY WITHIN THE SALON
RIGHT TO REFUSE
FOREVER HAIR & BEAUTY ALSO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY SERVICE AT ANY TIME.

FOREVER HAIR & BEAUTY AIM TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE TO ENSURE FULL SATISFACTION. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS OR ARE UNSATISFIED SITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED, THEN WE ASK THAT YOU LET US KNOW WITHIN 72 HOURS FOLLOWING YOUR SERVICE SO THAT WE CAN DISCUSS A SOLUTION AND MAKE ANY CORRECTIONS.
